Specter (Threads of Fate)

The Specter is an enemy in the 1999/2000 PlayStation game, Threads of Fate, based on a ghost. One of the game's two main protagonists, Rue, is able to collect a soul coin of this creature, and use it to transform into one himself. Specters, including Rue in their guise, are able to attack using Water and Ice Blow.
