The ghost costume is one of the most common of all Halloween costumes, along with other traditions such as the witch and devil.
The "traditional", easiest, and simplest costume of all is the white sheet with some eye holes (and an optional mouth hole) in it to form a ghost costume. The cost of bed sheets has caused a significant drop in this design for many. However, those with access to thrift stores can easily pick up a second hand bed sheet from one of these places, though children will want to ask permission from their parents first.
