Plot
After Kim recovers a bracelet-like object from Dr. Drakken and Duff Killigan, it gets stuck on her and she soon learns what it can do. Meanwhile, Kim wants to go to Monique's costume party because Josh Mankey will be there, but Ron wants her to go trick-or-treating with him.
